French Toast Wrap

Dip your La Banderita 10" Flour Tortilla (OLE #2711) in an egg, vanilla extract and cinnamon mixture, then toast both sides of the tortilla. Fill it with diced bananas, strawberries, blueberries, maple syrup and a dollop of vanilla Greek yogurt. YUM!


  • 6 La Banderita 10” Flour Tortillas
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 5 teaspoons of Cinnamon
  • 3 bananas, diced
  • 1 ½ cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 ½ cup blueberries
  • Maple Syrup
  • Vanilla Greek Yogurt


  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, vanilla and cinnamon together, stirring until smooth and thoroughly mixed.
  • Place a skillet on medium-high.
  • Dip your tortilla into the egg mixture and place on skillet, toasting both sides. Set a side.
  • In a bowl, mix together the fruits and berries.
  • Plate your tortillas and fill each one with your fruit and berry mixture, adding a drizzle of Maple syrup, a dollop of vanilla Greek yogurt and roll up.
  • Serve immediately.
