Peanut Butter, Banana and Marshmallow Quesadilla

Use two 8" La Banderita Flour Tortillas(OLE #2710). Spread one tortilla with peanut butter and the second one with marshmallow cream, then layer slices of banana and almond slivers, grill crispy on the flattop, and sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with Nutella sauce. Add a dollop of whipped cream ~ and Elvis would be proud.


  • 12 – La Banderita 10” Flour Tortilla
  • 2 cups peanut butter, divided
  • 3 cups marshmallow cream, divided
  • 3 bananas, sliced, divided
  • 3 cups of almonds, sliced, divided
  • Garnish with: Nutella, powdered sugar and whipped cream. Fresh fruit is a nice addition.


  • Take two tortillas and spread peanut butter on one and marshmallow cream on the other.
  • Take slices of one banana and almonds and equally spread between the two tortillas. Place one on top of the other to form a sandwich.
  • Place a skillet on high heat and cook each side of the quesadilla until it is crispy on both sides.
  • Remove and place on a plate. Drizzle Nutella, sprinkle with powdered sugar and a spoonful of whipped cream.
  • Serve immediately.
